How do I find my event photos?
Photos live in a private gallery linked from the message sent to whoever booked the event. If you were a guest, ask the host for the gallery link. If you booked the event and cannot find it, call or text 510-394-2379 with your event date and we will resend it.
- When will my photos be ready?
- All images are uploaded within 48 hours of the event ending.
- How long can guests download for free?
- Free full-resolution downloads are available for 20 days from the event date. After that, images remain viewable and reprints can still be ordered.
- Can I order prints and enlargements?
- Yes. Reprints and enlargements can be ordered directly from the gallery at any time, including after the free download window closes.
- Do you deliver the original files?
- Yes. Galleries include both the bordered versions guests saw at the booth and the large original images.
