Yes, we can provide multiple booths or combination of styles of booths.  In some cases at a discounted rate.

Reach out to us, we'll send you over a contract. Once that contract is sent to us we'll follow up with an invoice.  We send our invoices for the full amount.  A $250 deposit is required to book the date/time with any remaining balance being due 1 week prior to the shoot.

We need at least 30 days notice to change dates.  Change is subject to availability and subject to a $99 change fee.  If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited.  Any cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to the event date shall forfeit the deposit.  Any cancellations with more than 30 days notice will receive a full deposit refund.

We like our booths to have a 10'x10' footprint available with a 3 pronged standard power outlet within 10' of the booth set up area. The ground must be level and firm (wood, laminate, cement, short pile carpet).  We can set up outside (although the booths prefer to be indoors), provided weather is favorable (not too hot, too cold, too windy, and NO rain/moisture).  We can set up on grass If a plywood substrate is put down under the booth.  Contact us for dimensions for the plywood. We can provide a generator to provide outdoor power at an additional charge.

We like to arrive an hour prior to the event start time to set up.  We need about 30 minutes after the event to be packed up.

Yes, We carry a $2M General Liability policy.  We can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurer) to you or the venue at no additional charge.  

Due to COVID-19, we've stopped including props free of charge, we are trying to limit the amount of items people are touching.  We do offer an add-on to get custom themed props that you can for your event that you can have after the event to take home, or you are free to order some online via sites like Amazon.com  Contact us if you have specific props in mind.
