Birthday Parties
Birthday Party Photo Booth Rental
Birthdays are where props earn their keep. Milestone parties, sweet sixteens, and kids' parties all work well with the open-air setup because there is no queue bottleneck at a booth door — guests cluster around it instead of lining up.
How many hours do you need for a birthday party?
We recommend 3 hours for a typical birthday party, which comes to $650 plus 8.375% California sales tax. Start about an hour in, once everyone has arrived and loosened up. Additional hours are $150 each, and the minimum booking is 3 hours.
Add-ons worth considering
- Custom Props$50
- Double Prints (4 strips or 2 4x6 per session)$65
- USB Flash Drive of All Photos$25

Getting the most from a birthday party booth
Lessons from 500+ events, specific to this kind of night.
Props do the heavy lifting
For milestone and themed birthdays, a prop set matched to the theme gets far more use than a generic box of hats.
Double prints stop the arguments
One strip per person means couples and friends do not have to decide who keeps it.
Kids need an adult in frame
Under-12s must have a supervising adult nearby. It keeps the booth orderly and the equipment intact.
